IMC CompaniesMark H George started Intermodal Cartage in 1982 with one truck and one driver. Since then, he has focused his career entirely on international shipments. Mark founded IMC Companies in 2009 and is Chairman of the group. Additionally, he serves on the Intermodal Association of North America's Board of Directors, the American Trucking Association Intermodal Motor Carrier’s Board of Directors, the Memphis World Trade Club advisory board and Agape Child and Family Services’ Directors Council. Mark is also Vice Chairman and one of 11 founding members of the North American Chassis Pool Cooperative (NACPC).

IMC CompaniesAs CFO of IMC Companies, Mike Baker is responsible for all IMC Companies finance and administrative functions. He was one of IMC Companies’ first executives and has almost 25 years of tenure with the company. Mike has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant.

IMC CompaniesAs CIO for IMC Companies, Joel Tracy is responsible for leading IT development, delivery and integration of technology platforms and solutions. Prior to his current role, he held managing director positions at FedEx. With more than 27 years in IT, Joel is an expert in technology trends and is focused on ensuring IMC Companies is the industry leader in technology innovation. Joel holds an Executive MBA from the University of Memphis and a bachelor’s degree in Business/MIS from Bowling Green State University.

IMC CompaniesLynn has spent over thirty years working in the safety field. He is responsible for IMC Companies compliance with all safety regulations and establishing best practices throughout the companies.
Executive Vice President of National Sales
IMC CompaniesDonna has over twenty-five years of experience in the global logistics business and spent her early career managing sales for ocean carriers. Donna is a member of the Board of Trade in New Orleans, serves on the Advisory Board of AgTC and is a Director with the International Freight Forwarders Customs Brokers Association of New Orleans. In addition, Donna has recently advocated for the intermodal industry before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure and the Subcommittee of Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation regarding SOLAS. Donna has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Bradford, England.
Katie George Hooser
Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations
IMC CompaniesAs vice president of marketing and public relations for IMC Companies, Katie George Hooser is responsible for overseeing branding and promotion for the entire IMC Companies family of brands. Prior to this, she served in operations and sales roles for Intermodal Cartage. A graduate of Emory University, she went on to receive her MBA from Christian Brothers University. Katie is a former president of Memphis World Trade Club, now serving on the organization’s advisory board.
Vice President of Human Resources
IMC CompaniesTera Jackson has 15 years of experience in the human resources field and has been with IMC Companies since 2006. As Vice President of Human Resources she is responsible for overseeing the daily human resources, benefit administration and payroll for IMC Companies. She is a member of SHRM and holds a bachelor’s degree in management and organizational development and recently completed her MBA at Bethel University.
Atlantic Intermodal ServicesAs president of Atlantic Intermodal Services, Jeff Banton is an expert in East Coast drayage. He has more than 30 years of experience in the transportation field and holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Memphis.
DNJ Intermodal ServicesJoe Tovo grew up around the company named for his mother and father, “Diana and Joe.” He has more than 24 years of experience in the transportation industry. Joe and his company joined the IMC Companies family in June 2010. Joe attended Ohio University where he studied Mechanical Engineering and Management Information Systems.

IMC Global SolutionsWhen Mason H George started IMC Global Solutions in 2013, he expanded IMC Companies services to include customs house brokerage, freight forwarding and truck brokerage. Mason grew up in and around the intermodal industry and has a background in managing drayage operations. He graduated from Samford University with a bachelor’s degree in business.
Intermodal Cartage CompanyJoel Henry is the leader of Intermodal Cartage Company, the largest container drayage company in the Southeast. Joel graduated from Mississippi State University where he double majored in Marketing and Transportation. His career began at Comtrak Logistics in 1989 where he remained until taking a position as Vice President of Sales at Intermodal Cartage in 2005. Joel volunteers as an “industry expert” for the University of Memphis Intermodal Freight Transportation Institute and is involved with the Memphis World Trade Club.
Randall K. Wright

Intermodal Cartage CompanyRandy Wright has worked in logistics operations for almost 30 years. He is responsible for all operations out of the Memphis region and also manages IMC Companies’ Management Training Program. Randy has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Kentucky.
National Drayage ServicesChristopher Moore came to Intermodal Cartage Company in 1998 and worked with Mark George and Mike Baker to create National Drayage Services. Started in 2008, the company continues to grow, expand and improve at a rapid rate. Christopher has 20 years of experience in the trucking industry and is a graduate of Christian Brothers University with a degree in Economics and Finance.
Gulf Intermodal ServicesAfter graduating from Mississippi State University with a MBA and BBA in Finance, Will Connell spent fifteen years working in the international shipping industry. The experience he gained in warehousing, customs brokerage, and freight forwarding before joining IMC Companies in 2006 gives him extraordinary insight into our industry. Will relocated with his family to Houston in 2007 and served as Regional Vice President for IMCG until forming GIS in 2009.
Ohio Intermodal ServicesBarry Bernard has more than 25 years of experience in the transportation industry. Barry served as president of Memphis-based Express America, a company founded in October 2000 focused on providing quality transportation services such as intermodal, truckload, flatbed and yard management. In 2013, Barry and his team became a part of the IMC Companies family of brands. He became president of Ohio Intermodal Services in 2015.
Progressive Transportation ServicesKevin Dukesherer’s career in transportation dates back to his college days working as a part-time driver in Southern California. He has experience managing airfreight, LTL, truckload and intermodal. In 2000, Kevin joined a team to create Progressive Transportation Services and has been dedicated to the success of PTS for the last seventeen years.
